• Managing the security for the site to keep students and staff safe, including locking/unlocking the building at appropriate times.
• Managing the maintenance of the premises and ensure the smooth operation of the school environment.
• Managing contractors and services within the school.
• Preparing areas of the school for activities including assemblies, functions, meetings, etc.
• Carrying out technical duties to maintain the IT systems.
• Maintaining the mobile learning devices (carts) and projectors in the classrooms. We will work mainly with Google Chromebooks.
• Supporting students and staff with user management for our systems (i.e. G-Suite for Education, Schoolsoft) and daily service issues.

Internationella Engelska Skolan Årsta will open in August 2017 and will eventually enroll students in grades 4 - 9. The school will be located in a newly renovated and furnished building at Sköntorpsvägen 31, Årsta.
