Facebook is seeking a Swedish speaking Client Partner to sell Facebook's advertising solutions to large advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience selling both offline advertising as well as cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships or display advertising. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, critical to Facebook's growth. This position is located in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
• Build relationships with key decision makers at prospective clients which Facebook currently has little or no relationship with
• Your key role will be to convince clients to advertise with Facebook through phone, web based conferences, and at times in face to face meetings
• Develop and grow relationships with key agency partners
• Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain both brand and direct research advertising budgets
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
• Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
• Reporting into the Sales Manager of Global Marketing Solutions
• The success of this role will be based against exceeding sales, quality of advertising recruited, and value added to the team
• Represent Facebook at key industry events and speak publicly on behalf of our company
Requirements
• 3-5 years of Media Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies preferred
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding media/advertising sales revenue goals
• Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
• Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
• Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment
• Great team player
