Facebook will continue to grow its client acquisition strategy through 2012 by recruiting experienced sales professionals with a working background in television, media & advertising sales. A highly creative, insightful individual capable of providing bespoke solutions specifically targeted to a client's identified target market is required. Facebook is seeking a candidate with extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions to multichannel advertisers and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers and drive new business. Reporting to the market sales manager, the brand sales specialist will be responsible for increasing Facebook's share of brand spend by working closely with direct advertisers /advertising agencies to drive/implement strategy that can be adjusted in line with corporate goals.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain brand advertising
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
• Create and present needs-based solutions and high quality answers to RFPs via telephone, webinar and customer meetings
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
• Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
• Provide best practices to your peers
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
• Execute and deliver high quality answers to all RFPs
• Prioritize and deliver timely work
• Provide scalable solutions for advertisers
• Serve as industry expert and thought leader in social media

Requirements
• 6+ years of Media Sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish & English
• Experience in & knowledge of TV media preferred
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills to deliver visually impactful presentations
• The ability to mentor a team
• Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies
• Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
• Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery (at a 7-figure level)
• Ability to convert client's TV spends into Facebook marketing relationships
• Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
