hela Sverige In BNEW we are looking for a Financial Analyst (FA) in Management reporting for BNEW and Segment and the next team player in our great Financial Control team.
The FA has a critical role to drive and coordinate the financial reporting and forecasting for the Business Area and Segment as well as support in driving the Business Area's financial performance towards short term targets as well as strategic ambitions. The role includes active support towards Head of BNEW Business Control, performance management and other key stakeholders within BNEW Finance organization in regards to Business Area's financial performance towards short-/midterm targets as well as strategic ambitions.
The role also includes an active role supporting in the creation of the business plan for Networks.

Drive period end closing activities for the Business Area and Segment
Drive the forecast process and business planning process from financial input perspective
Provide financial reports for the Business Area management (both standard reports and non-standard)
Perform financial analysis incl. follow-up on performance against targets and forecasts
Support governance preparations and performance management reporting in/towards LT
Be the key interface towards Senior BA mgmt for reported financials and forecasts
Provide advise and recommendations to achieve operational excellence
Be up to date, coordinate changes and drive adherence to the financial model
Represent Business Area Networks in various Finance Group fora and reporting foras
Support on ad hoc analysis and projects in line with the Business Area strategy
Drive in BA journey towards increased standardization, digitalization and enhanced visualization
Key Qualifications:
Education: A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 5 years' experience from relevant position within Ericsson or relevant position at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role Financial Analyst
Accounting and reporting skills
Financial acumen and analysis skills
High degree of knowledge regarding financial systems and advanced analytics applications (SAP Business Objects, Wave, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau and basic programing
Financial modeling knowledge and financial cube
High degree of accountability and integrity
Interest in knowing more about market updates regarding digitalization and visualization solutions and best practices
Good presentation and communication skills
Good influencing skills
Good team working ability
Self-motivated and works well under pressure
Good sense for details as well as high level thinking
BNEW experience and business understanding is considered merited
