Technical Services Manager (TSM)
Role Purpose
As F-secures TSM you provide technical sales support for Account Managers to create a deeper partnership with named Operator Partner(s) and F-Secure. You present technical aspects of F-Secure solutions to Partners, consult in initial feasibility negotiations and assist Sales (and F-Secure Solution Consulting) in pre-sales and RFX/customer offer process.
You bring added value to the F-Secure solutions by understanding customer-specific needs and technical environment, and ensure success by applying predefined processes and best practices.
TSM acts as the technical interface near the partner, you plan, schedule and drive service deployment and upgrade projects for Operators as well as manage and document solution implementation and upgrade projects.
You work as a local resource within the company and act as the technical coordinator between operators and your F-secure colleagues.
You will join a respected team working with all the biggest operators in Sweden and you will be responsible for driving all technical activities together with the operators. A part of the position is to have the responsibility to Plan and facilitate technical trainings for Operators.
The position is located in the Swedish office in Solna, Stockholm.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience and basic project management skills in this field with the ambition to develop his/her career further and support the business growth. You possess Operator Sales functional competencies and Technical competencies regarding F-Secure products and operator technical environment. In addition to technical competence and ability to pick up and use new ideas fast, we expect you to be a social, driven and customer oriented person with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Our preferred candidate has at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, professional qualification or relevant, appropriate working experience in the operator or mobile operations market. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
We are looking for a person with technical understanding of IT environments, a common understanding of the telecom market and an experience of working together with different organizational levels.
It is mandatory to be fluent in all aspects of Swedish and English- written and spoken. The first two interviews will be held in Swedish.
