Your job as an F&B Manager is to be in charge of the operations and team in our new café restaurant. It is expected of you to create the system of operations and a new team together with the Fox in a Box Stockholm Manager. You will be in close contact with and reporting to the manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU DO AS A MANAGER
• Make sure that all operations run smoothly
• Coordinate and supervise the staff
• Be in close contact with suppliers
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory management
• Make sure we have satisfied guests, ensure and follow up customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Plan activities in the restaurant
• Responsibility for forecasts and results

WHAT WE EXPECT - WHO YOU ARE
• At least 2 years of experience from the industry
• Worked in a senior position or in a responsible role.
• Worked in restaurant operations systems are merit
• You have a lot of energy, are outgoing and love good service.
• You have good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• You enjoy working and being a team player
