EY is looking for Transaction Analysts with 2-5 years of experience

As a part of our Transactions team, you will be advising our clients in all aspects of a transaction. You will work in an international environment and cover a wide spectrum of industries. Teaming is crucial to our business. Our clients are the leading Nordic and international private equity houses and corporates and we work closely together with the major investment banks, strategy houses and law firms as part of a wider team of advisors to create value for our clients. One minute you could be part of a team advising the largest financial investment institutions in the Nordics on a divestment, next minute it could be an acquisition of a global gaming phenomenon, critical infrastructure provider or a leading fashion retailer. We offer a challenging and developing career where you are expected to take on responsibility from day one.

Your background and qualifications

• Bachelor?s or master?s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 2-5 years of work experience related to transactions in a consulting firm.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Analytical mindset and social intelligence in order to work in a
multicultural and fast paced environment
• Innovative working methods, ambition for challenges and ability to adapt
to changes
