The role
Your main function is to be an expert within extrusion technology and drive development for new products as well as working with hands on technical support and trouble shooting. We also expect you to establish and develop cost-efficient and stable extrusion processes for the composite portfolio.
You will participate in management projects and various networking activities. In the area Product development & Innovation you will act as an expert within extrusion equipment and extrusion processing. This includes development of best practices and responsibility for developing and conducting trials. You will also support in purchasing of equipment as well as to install and commission extrusion equipment.
Location: Stora Enso Head Office in Hyltebruk, Sweden.
Your background
For this position we 're looking for an experienced engineer with a broad knowledge of extrusion equipment and extrusion process control. You need to have a proven experience working with hands on technical support and trouble shooting. Experience of project management is also required as well as language skills in English (native or highly proficient). Any other language, like Swedish, Finnish, German etc. is a plus.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work focused with priority and speed, able to communicate with people on different levels. As a person you are a team player with a positive attitude who works proactively and is able to take initiatives. You have a pragmatic view on things and have no problem solving day to day issues as well as making steps to reach larger goals.
