We are currently looking for a

Manager Assistant

To assist our Manager Group and their case teams. You will work together with other Assistants in a team environment providing high-level support and coverage for Bain's management staff.

You are a very service minded professional with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks. We offer you a challenging position in an international and dynamic environment that provides ample learning opportunities, training and a lot of fun.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to assigned Managers
* Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings and organize detailed travel arrangements
* Timely completion of time and expense reports
* Create PowerPoint presentation decks for client presentations and internal meetings
* Depending on your skills and the office needs, you may also be allocated a side task
* Perform other related duties as requested

Your Profile:
* Proactive, motivated,hard-working and attention to detail
* Team player, service minded with a good sense of humor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Swedish
* Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong scheduling skills
* An interest in business
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook , PowerPoint and Excel
* Works cooperatively with other team members, strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

This role requires you to be a self starter, enjoy challenges and perform tasks under pressure. You are used to performing your tasks under pressure. You possess a professional and mature attitude as you will work with the top management in the company. Ideally you have two to three years experience as an Assistant in a professional services firm.
