KRY is looking for the best PR person out there to join our Communications Team. In this role you will be in charge of the proactive management of KRY's brand in earned channels. You are a media relations and PR expert - quick to find angles suitable for external communications.
You excel on a strategic level but love rolling up your sleeves to create newsworthy messaging, come up with executable ideas, arrange press events and being passionately determined in getting through to journalists, influencers and opinion builders.
You need to be comfortable with change and be interested in taking on more than your core responsibilities. This role will report to the Head of Communications.
What you'll do.- Build KRY's proactive presence in earned channels - strategy, plan and execution.
• Be responsible for both Consumer PR and Policy related PR
• Create and manage the implementation of KRY's PR plan in Sweden
• Execute PR related actions such as press events, press releases, proactive contacts with journalists, influencers and opinion builders.
• Work closely with Marketing and other KRY teams (Commercial, Product, Medical Operations) to identify opportunities and needs for external communications.
• Build strong, creative and engaging content based on internal data, product development and by analysing how KRY can fit into the information flow of the surrounding world.
• Provide strategic recommendations and tactical suggestions.
• Weekly, monthly, long-term reporting and analyses of PR results.
Who you are.- You have 3-5 years experience of working practically with media relations (consumer, national, local, TV & Radio, bloggers and influencers) and implementing PR strategies.
• You are an excellent writer, both in Swedish and in English
• You combine strategic thinking with an action oriented mindset and a drive to make things happen
• You have the ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with and inspiring cross-functional teams
• You are great at building strong relationships both internal and external
• You have great attention to detail
• You are courageous and passionately determined to reach set goals
• You strive for continuous improvement and being the best
