We are looking for a skilled, creative, and driven External Communication Specialist with experience in communication, change communication and PR. Your days will be filled with interesting external communication activities to strengthen the Resurs brand and position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for our everyday external communication and a crucial part of our ongoing transformation journey project as responsible for change communication.
The change-communication part of the role will entail communication to all kind of stakeholders, customers, partners and employees as well as investors. Overall, there is a great need of consistent and clear communication at different stages and for different launches throughout the transformation journey.
The position reports to Chief Communication & Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities
• Working closely with Chief Communication & Marketing Officer, Internal Communications Specialist and the rest of Communication & Marketing.
• Responsible for external communication, change communication and PR.
• Work closely with different internal stakeholders within our transformation journey project.
• Advise internal stakeholders within Resurs in external communication matters.
• Develop message plans, PR strategies and execute on these. Contact and communicate with media and other important stakeholders.
• Lead regular communication meetings.
• Responsible for environmental monitoring, analysis and follow-up.
• Work with crisis communication work in the event of a crisis.
• Contribute to the creation and development of the common message platform
Personal profile
• Relevant education within communication or similar.
• Experience of working within a large organization with change communication, PR and or strategic external communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, both in Swedish and English, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Not afraid to coordinate or do different project management tasks if needed.
