Quality:
Executive responsibility for Product Quality and Efficacy

Compliance:
Executive responsibility for the plant concerning regulatory requirements
Ensures the quality system is regularly reviewed to assure and improve quality results. Support all the GMP rules defined to the site to be in full compliance.
Support and follow all the internal and external Audits in the site, to get and maintain full compliance level.
Fulfillment of all safety, industrial hygiene, environmental and labor regulatory requirements.

Execution:
Monitoring of operational indicators and taking action to correct those situations which are not in line with established targets.
Effectively managing Human, Material and Capital resources to meet & exceed quality, customer service, financial, EH&S and product- and process improvement targets.
Supporting new products introductions.

Strategy:
Direct the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon the broad Operating company goals and growth objectives. Participating in formulating and executing operations wide strategies.
Drive strategic projects to optimize Supply Chain and Product & Process quality and to reduce costs in order to move the organization to a world-class benchmark

Financial:
Meet or exceed business plan.
Identify and implement Cost Improvements Projects (CIPs) to increase efficiency, reduce complexity and contribute to improve the standard cost of the product. Arrange the Annual Business Plan, including all Plant Expenses, Capital Plan, Headcount, CIPs and Standard Costs.

Organizational:
Ensure that Johnson & Johnson Credo Values are recognized and taken as a decision foundation in day to day business.
Use Six Sigma and Lean tools effectively and create a culture that ensures significantly improvement sin business results.
Develop solid succession plans for all key positions. Implement employee development plans to raise the capabilities.
Create a compelling work environment in which every associate is valued and recognized for their contribution to our success.
Build an engaged workforce through positive employee relations practices and establish a plan for continuous staff development.
Follow the status of the Headcount, focusing on the training, motivation and continuous improvements and development. Follow the performance appraisal of an annual basis.


He/She is responsible to ensure the accomplishment of all the applicable laws and policies related with safety, and to protect both, their own safety and his/her colleagues who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.

He/She must also ensure the accomplishment of all the applicable laws and policies, both local & regional and required by J&J, related to Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety.


Required education:
University degree Pharmacist, Chemist or Engineer. High proficiency in English and preferable one other European language

Required Experience:
Min 5 years in a senior leader position with leadership experience. Min 15 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years' experience gained in a manufacturing environment (minimum Plant manager experience) in the Pharmaceutical industry and/or Medical Devices industry. Cross country and cross functional experience within End-to-End Supply Chain is a must.

High proficiency in English and preferable one other European language
