Job Description

As an Export Sales Representative for Systemair Sweden AB, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our long-term relationships with some of our existing major export customers. You will participate in the long-term work of developing sales according to our strategic plan.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Develop and consolidate the cooperation with our major key customers and sister companies
* Identify new potential customers, new market segments and applications for our products
* Contacts with customers on daily basis, including travelling around 1/3 of your working hours
* You will be an important link between market needs and our technologies to further develop our products, as well as our sales and marketing tools
* Responsibility for the development of relevant marketing activities, budget, price calculation, quotes and agreements in very close cooperation with and supported by Export Support Department, Technical Support, and Marketing
* Report directly to our Swedish Manager Director

Qualifications and Experience

* Preferably BA degree in a technical or commercial related field
* Minimum of three years of professional relevant experience in export sales
* The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling HVAC products and market knowledge
* You have an interest in and understanding of technology to see the products' application possibilities
* Since all of our sales are exported, you must master English fluently both in speech and writing
* Other language skills that will be meritorious include Swedish, German, Russian, French or any other language

Personal Qualities

* Ability to create trust and gain respect in an international business environment
* You are committed and responsible, with a strong proprietary drive and analytical ability
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
* Must have the ability to convey enthusiasm along with product knowledge to close the sale
