Cellulosic Specialties, headquartered in Stenungsund, Sweden, is responsible for
the development, production and marketing of water-soluble cellulose
derivatives. Our products are sold to a wide range of applications; mainly
building, food & healthcare, mining, oilfield, and paint. Research and
development are pursued in Stenungsund and Arnhem, the Netherlands. Sales and
Technical service centers are situated in Stenungsund, Arnhem/Amersfoort,
Singapore, and Brewster, NY, USA. The production sites are located in Arnhem
(The Netherlands) Novara (Italy), and Örnsköldsvik (Sweden). For more

Department in Stenungsund is responsible for the sales of Bermocoll and
Bermodol, our products to the paint and building industry in Scandinavia,
Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean countries. During
2008 Finland, the Baltic countries and UK will be added to the group.
The position involves a high degree of business travel and frequent
overnight stays. Our sales managers visit customers on a regular basis and we
are looking for someone who is prepared to travel about 100 days a year. The
position is located in Stenungsund. Job description The Export
Sales Manager is responsible for all contacts with our customers, agents and
distributors regarding pricing, coordination of technical service, introduction
of new products, etc. Finding new customers and establishing new
contacts, as well as maintaining an overall high level of customer satisfaction
is a main task, as is responsibility for the sales budget and forecasting.
Qualifications The successful candidate has a combined technical and
commercial background. The sales of Bermocoll and Bermodol are
application-oriented, and the customer contacts are both within technical
management and purchasing. Competences & Skills . Graduate in
chemistry or business, or other relevant experience . Strong communication
skills . Good command of the Swedish and English languages, both verbally
and in writing . Good command of French and/or Spanish languages is a bonus
• Experience from the paint and/or building industry is a bonus as well
• Skilled user of IT tools, preferably SAP . High degree of personal
