FläktGroup Sweden with approximately 750 employees, have production and development in Jönköping and Järna and 16 sales offices from the north to the south of Sweden. We provide challenges in an international environment for a lot of professions including production, engineering, marketing, logistics, sales, finance, IT, HR and other exciting areas.

We now offer the opportunity to take on the challenges as Export Sales Director Sweden. Based in Jönköping you will be reporting to the Group Export Director.

The vision for the Export Department is "To be the preferred high-quality Ventilation product and solutions provider for partners in countries where we don't have our own sales units". Read more about our products at https://www.flaktgroup.com/en/products/air-treatment/.

You will be responsible for annual sales targets within defined regions and customers. You will also develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base. You will be our link between group strategy and operational execution. We expect you to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and become a strong champion of FläktGroup both internally and externally.

Growing the turnover is your first priority and your initial major challenge will be to set the new organizational structure, integrating the Swedish organization to leverage the advantages arising from the recent company merger with new & existing partners. To your help you have a team of two experienced and ambitious employees. You are expected to coach and develop the team and set goals and priorities aligned with FläktGroup's overall strategy and values.

Your profile

We think you are enthusiastic, engaging and technically skilled with prior industry experience, ideally from the HVAC industry and from similar products. You should also have a high-performance mindset, proven financial skills and experience from project and change management.

To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to build a well performing sales team by coaching and motivating individuals. You are a proactive person with the ability to multitask and perform effectively even in a sometimes-demanding working environment. Furthermore, you are a skilled communicator, building bridges between teams and learn from their input.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to travel globally without limitations since you will be required to travel as much as 70 % of your time, and it is essential that you have a driving license. You are fluent in English, proficient in Swedish and if you have technical communication skills in French, it is desirable.
