Export Order Specialist / Customer Support
in our Industrial Doors and Docking Solutions business area
We are now looking for a highly motivated Export Order Specialist / Customer Support to join the team and be part of the success. The back office consists of three people, working closely together.
Role description:
Your mission is to support our distributors in Eastern Europe on a daily basis. You handle
orders in our system and support them in the new e-commerce system. You are their 1st line technical support for technical order clearance, and communicate with factories and logistic centers on our hand and coordinate transport to the distributors and end-users. The assignment also holds preparing all necessary export documents, monitoring outstanding invoices and to take care of claims/complaints.
Requirements
To succeed in this role we believe you have a business or finance university degree and that you have been working as part of an international team with customer support and logistics in a similar role, for at least 8-10 years. To thrive in our team you are self-driven with a customer and business oriented attitude, you are flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. You prefer to work as part of a team.
You are required to be fluent in both English and Russian, written and spoken, to be able to communicate with the distributors. At least 8-10 years of experience in administration and technical support will be an asset.
