What you'll do
You'll be operationally responsible for design deliverables towards given tasks and support the design vision. Another responsibility within this position will be describing and communicating personal design ideas. You will also create, develop and implement design to reach "Design Leadership."
Do you fit the profile?
You are experienced within the area of exterior and interior colours, preferably with experience from automotive design. If you do not have experience within automotive design, you must have documented skills in colours. We are very specific when it comes to the flavour of Scandinavian design. There is no rule, template or recipe to follow- one has to almost be part of the nature itself, lived our culture or be very sensitive to absorb and understand the true essence with a perfect timing in this role. You must be able to embrace seamless teamwork and be able to get things done.
* Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent from Design University.
* Car passion with focus on design.
* Communication skills and ability to work in group.
* Ability to understand and implement product development process.
* Ability to create internal and external network.
* Skills within relevant required IT tools/applications.
* Experience of working as a designer (in new car project or specialist area).
* English verbal and written
