Job Description
As a member of the Sales Original Equipment team*, you will report directly to the VP Sales for Bosch Mobility Solutions (BBM).
You can expect to join a highly motivated, dynamic, flexible and growing team which is passionate about growing the relationship and the business of Bosch with Volvo Cars.
As the responsibility of the SO team is broad, daily tasks will be in different areas and their execution requires constant exchange with colleagues in Europe, China and US.

In short, you and your manager have ultimate global responsibility for the Volvo Cars Account.
• Sales Original Equipment Team for Volvo Cars, the team is responsible for the central Bosch Mobility Solutions sales within the VC/SO organization.
Some of your tasks
Negotiate, conclude and implement central agreements
Support the internal alignment among divisional customer teams and with central departments in strategies as sustainability, pricing transparency, legal requirements etc.
Ensure that the global team working for Volvo Cars is up-to-date with customer information and intelligence. SOE needs to collect, analyze and distribute customer information such as car/platform road map, volume, technical trends, investor reports, organizational structure.
Collect, present or support customer teams in tracking and analyzing account KPIs.
Coordinating and preparing internal meetings such as: MBM; monthly board meeting, CSM; customer strategy meeting, Weekly stand-up / teamboard, Alignments with regions (CN, US).
Preparation of management meetings / workshops with customer.
Support new business opportunities and innovation management: act as central interface of Bosch Mobility Services to customer for product/business opportunities not yet established in the customer teams; address inquiries to the right divisional teams; promote customer to divisions to motivate acquisition release; coordinate first discussions to establish exchanges between customer and divisional teams.
Help divisional teams to build up the pre-selling / acquisition strategy amongst others

Qualifications
To match and thrive in this position and within Robert Bosch, we believe you:
Have experience from commercial project managing key clients or complex business projects/processes with several stakeholders or business units within the Automotive industry
Have experience from keeping yourself informed, involved and accountable on a daily basis
Are used to communicate on many levels, preferable on a global and new tech level
Are very operative and cooperating cross business units, with a strategic mindset
Thrive in challenging and collaborative environments where you have to navigate and make things happen due to ongoing changes and external circumstances
Have a strong drive and proactive approach and a willingness to contribute and develop,
both as a person and in your profession
Have an including, solution-oriented approach when executing
Are strong written and verbal communication in English, Swedish preferred and German is an advantage
Experience with multi-cultural environments (not necessarily work-related)
Understanding of basic company economics and of the automotive industry (engineering or economics degree required; MBA as an advantage)
NOTE! To be considered for this position, you must either be an EU national or have a valid work permit for Sweden, and live in Gothenburg area
