What you'll do
We are now looking for an experienced and driven Industrial and Organizational Psychologist who can identify the next generation of leaders through assessments, contribute in establishing and executing a People Analytics Practice and ensure we can match people to business needs. You will lead the Assessment practice globally and provide global service, and best in class processes, methods and tools. You will also:
* Provide expert assessment input to SVP HR for senior executive level recruitment
* To be the overall expert for assessment within VCC, being able to provide expertise in this area at recruitment and throughout the talent management process
* Evaluate and select the most appropriate assessment tools for both recruitment and development, to ensure VCC is selecting and developing the right people
* Ability to work seamlessly between graduate and senior executive levels.
* Oversee and provide input on the assessment element of all recruitment and development activities ensuring a consistent approach globally within VCC. (includes 360)
Do you fit the profile?
* Academic degree in behavioural science on minimum MSc and preferably PhD level
* Proven strategic expert knowledge within the area of People Assessment
* Solid academic and experience based knowledge of what drives results and engagement on all levels of a global organization
* Ethics and jurisdiction in the area of expertise
* Experienced in assessment and development centers, both design and management
* Proficiency in English
Meritorious:
* Certified Industrial Psychologist
* People Analytics skills and experiences are strongly meriting, where research design and validation, analytical statistical methods and analysis as well as industrial psychology are in focus
* Swedish/other languages

To be successful in this role you are a person that is curious, collaborative and drive to make a difference for people and the business. You have solid interest in understanding the business context as well as confidence to be able to interact on all levels in the organization. Experienced in, and enthusiastic about, working with people in multiple cultures as well as high integrity and courage.
