hela Sverige We are now looking for a new team member to grow and excel as a SAP Bank Analyzer Application Expert. SAP BA is our calculation engine that today calculates Nordea's capital requirement and risk exposure amount.
You will be expected to actively participate in and contribute to the evolution of the IT architectural vision and the IT strategy within the SAP domain. This is an opportunity to play a leading technical role for colleagues in Nordea as well as external partners securing a shared understanding and commitment to needed changes and strategic priorities.
The position we offer
Our unit is to provide our Business Partners with high performing, compliant and efficient IT services to accommodate current and future needs within the SAP domain. The unit vision is very connected to the SAP vision since SAP is a standard and needs to follow the SAP LCM plan when it comes to new releases.
You will be responsible for driving the system lifecycle management within own area as well as incident, problem and change management to ensure a robust, scalable and up-to date business environment. Furthermore you will:
• lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems followed by timely execution
• identify possibilities for evolving the architecture to deliver reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk or improved business capabilities
• identify new possibilities and perform complex application programming activities to significantly improve business process within own area
• manage the project delivery process according to requirements, quality, Nordea standards and timeliness to successfully deliver on target
• provide technical vision and leadership and define best practise within own area of expertise to enhance technical capabilities and solutions
• drive and develop IT professional input to business cases clarifying how to reduce risk, simplify and modernise our application portfolio ensuring TCO (total cost ownership) focus.
The qualifications you need
• You preferably have an academic background in engineering, information systems or equivalent
• At least three years of experience working as a developer and architect within SAP
• You have strong social skills and are as structured as you are analytical
• Strong knowledge of modelling and validating internal models
• Knowledge of SAS ECC and HANASQL Scripting would be considered an advantage
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Working closely with the developers and the leads to safeguard the IT solution will require strong stakeholder management from your side. You are responsible for your domain or solution so it is up to you to takes decisions on application point of view after a peer review from your co-worker. You will be given the freedom to shape your own roll, to be independent and have great opportunities for personal development.
