Relief without Borders-RwB works to relieve the suffering of the world's poorest people by providing emergency relief and supporting sustainable development. During 2009 we continued to meet these aims by providing humanitarian aid to those affected by conflict in Iraq, Jordan and Gaza in the Palestinian Territories. The plight of the world's poorest people became even more critical this year as the impact of the global food crisis was felt by communities across the developing world. Basic food commodities became unaffordable and drought left many unable to grow their own crops or rear their livestock. Millions of people became vulnerable to malnutrition and were pushed back into poverty. In 2009 our work towards the aims of the Millennium Development Goals continued as we helped reduce poverty and increase access to basic services in some of the world's poorest countries.

Area of responsibilities/description of the work
The holder of the position is expected to work with analytical equipment s, like HPLC, GC and mass spectrometry independently with research focused on cancer. This work will involve own experimental work as well as collaboration with clinics and physicians, Also the responsibility of administrative work concerning patients results registration.

Qualifications
To qualify the applicant must hold a doctors degree in pharmaceutical chemistry or biochemistry. We will accord special weight to academic skills, particularly installing analytical equipments and interpreting the results. Furthermore the applicant should be experienced in working with pharmaceutical compounds and small molecular in therapeutic drug monitoring. Excellent IT skills and oral/written communications skills in English and Arabic are mandatory
