We are looking for an Expert Financial Controller to join our organization. The purpose of this position is to perform advanced financial control of Global Admin areas with special attention to One Finance organization.
This individual position is needed to provide the financial support and guidance regarding Global Admin spendings by delivering premium quality and value added management reporting, and securing availability of transparent financial data to support best possible business decisions. As a Financial Controller Expert, you have a product owner role. It means that responsibilities include coaching and guiding other members of Admin and ASP Team towards excellent level of their deliveries, planning and organizing the work of the product team as well as driving and solving escalated as hoc operational issues connected to Global Admin Spendings.
What you'll do
You wll ensure correctness of financial reporting and reasonableness of costs of on consolidated level of the team with special attention to area of responsibility (Global Finance Operations). Analysis of actuals of the area of responsibility while coordinating and performing planning, targeting and forecasting when required, according to the global steering model. Analyse and evaluate operational development (e.g. KPIs) and ongoing activities. You will be responsible for following up and monitoring efficiency. You will Identify and drive implementation of improvements and process development within area of responsibility while actively initiating corrective actions to secure financial targets and challenge operations to meet them. Other duties include performance reporting to stakeholders and participating in operational meetings and as well as in finance to finance meetings.
Do you fit the profile?
* Proven understanding of the business, the business strategies and objectives along with financial awareness.
* Proven knowledge of financial statements and how activities of area of responsibility contribute in their results.
* Full knowledge and understanding of the global financial steering model.
* Ability to solve short term and long term problems with high complexity with limited guidance and support.
* Ability to drive local and global processes improvements in methodological, consistent and at the same time flexible way.
* High professional level of written, oral and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance people, including top level management.
* Ability to deliver on the top quality level while keeping the deadlines with "aim high" mindset.
* Continues improvement and best practices implementation mindset.
* Ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mindset.
* Qualifications Required:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance or other relevant area
* At least 5-7 years of experience in controlling
* Leadership skills are the must, experience is a very good bonus
* Knowledge and experience of working with SAP and Hyperion
* Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
* High professional level of English both verbally and in writing
