Scope of assignment:
The scope of the assignment is to support and advise managers within the company in defining the qualifications needed for existing requirement profiles/job descriptions for complex job-roles in an international environment.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that for this assignment, you need to be an experienced recruiter with solid knowledge within the area of defining qualifications needs for complex positions. It is a great advantage that you have experience from working within HR with an international company. You are very experienced in the skills of coaching, advising and communicating with all levels of management.
You are efficient, self-driven and structured, and you have excellent communication skills. You are positive, curious and with a great knack of building relationships and trust.
You are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
Assignment information:
Start date: 26th of April 2018
End date: 11th of May 2018
Additional information: For this specific assignment we need you to be able to start work on the 26th, as the 26th and 27th are training days. Project start is Monday 30th of April. It is a requirement that you are able to work Monday-Friday during the project weeks. Compensation for working on bank-holidays in accordance with union agreement will of course be added to your remuneration.
