Job Qualifications and Competences
• Knowledge in End-2-end IT Infrastructure service understanding from end user to storage (end user computing, applications, middleware, databases, networking, AIX, Linux and Windows operating systems), ITSM processes, DevOps, Cloud computing and testing.
• Enterprise/Infrastructure/Solution Architecture, IT transformation, IT environment management, IT service management processes, DevOps, testing, workshop facilitation, multinational - multivendor projects.
• Bachelor level education, IT preferred.
• Strong driving force towards targeted goals.
• Technical Lead experience is a plus.
Certifications preferred:
• TOGAF certification
• ITIL certification
• IAF certification
• IPC certification.
Following competences must be fulfilled:
• Enterprise/Infrastructure Architecture
• DevOps
• IT Service Management processes and tools
• Following competences are desirable:
• Solution Architecture (technical solutions, cost calculation, pricing)
• Software development process and tools
• Testing process and tools
