About the job
In this role you will lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with our clients policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. You will also lead the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. You will provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
Who you are
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Pharmaceutical industries and Automation. We believe that you are strategic and results oriented. You are good at teamwork and like to collaborate. Furthermore, you have great experience in people development, personal leadership and change leadership.
You also have:
* Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and oral
* GAMP training
* Experience in control system and processes
