hela Sverige Experis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our customers based in Sthockholm. We are looking for you who has a MSc degree within IT, business administration, engineering or similar. Are you an excel champion with simple programming skills and knowledge in DAX and Qlik? Then, you are just the right candidate for this assignment!
Assignment details:
Place: Kista, Stockholm
Extent: 100%
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
The clientis in an exciting phase of enhancing their data driven business operations processes and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Process Innovation Team. In this role, you are the bridge between IT and business divisions, working with capturing business requirements, defining new processes and leading Business Intelligence (BI) projects. You will be Stockholm based and the role may include travel in the Nordic region. You will report to SCM & PI Manager.
You will be working with:
* Identify process improvement opportunities in close collaboration with business representatives
* Translate business requirements into process and system specifications, data flows and implementation roadmaps
* Create concept reports/dashboards and data models
* Collaborate with the development team to communicate business requirements, data models and architectural decisions
* Facilitate workshops to educate business users in the BI tool
* Coordinate and lead Business Intelligence projects
Suitable background:
* MSc degree within IT, business administration, engineering or similar
* Extensive data analytics background in combination with strong business acumen
* Proven track record of leading complex BI related projects with stakeholders from both business and IT
* Expert in data analysis, visualization and communication
* Comfort and experience of BI, database and statistical languages (e.g. SQL, DAX, Python, R, M)
* Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using e.g. Qlik, Power BI or other BI tools
* Data -modeling, -transformation and -design experience.
* Fluent in English
* Swedish is a merit
