DigitalRoute is looking to strengthen the Big Data Alliance Team with a Senior Pre-Sales engineer who has extensive Telecom experience, ideally in OSS, BSS, core network architecture and Telecom Big Data and data integration, to be one of our experts.

You will be responsible for technical business development towards one of our strategic partner covering finding, creating, defining and demonstrating integrated solutions/architectures that will solve complex business problems and help our partner to get increased value towards their customers using our product.

You will also support our Direct Sales with expertise on partner solution including our product, Product Management and Marketing teams to help scope the requirements for product enhancements, to develop joint technical papers, case studies, solutions briefs, sales tools and demos, as well as other marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences and technical sales training. 

The position is based in Europe or America, and since the role covers a large geographical area you need to be prepared for frequent travel.

To succeed in this position, you should have 10+ years experience in technical sales, business development and solution architecture roles. You need to be able to think strategically, link technology solutions with partner's business drivers and pain points.. You also need to have  strong communication skills. You are fluent in both spoken and written English. 

You have an interest in developing our business. You have the ability to identify market trends/needs, relate them to joint solutions that will lead towards developing an architecture, business case and implementation process that aid the overall sales process.

This position requires vast previous work experience in supporting indirect software selling.
