hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Varbergs Kusthotell i Varberg For a rarely available and very interesting and challenging role in Varbergs Kusthotell, are we now searching for an experienced leader to assume the role and responsibility as Housekeeping Manager and direct leader for our 50+ employees.We are looking for a candidate who shares our belief that development of processes, training of staff in processes and follow up on staff/processes, will lead to a smooth operation and joyful work environment.The position is suited for a candidate, who wishes to combine experience and interests from within Quality Controlling, HR & Training Management as well as Operational Management.The candidate must fullfill the following requirements:- Minimum 2 years as direct manager for minimum 20 employees - Fluent in English and Swedish (as the 50+ direct reports are either Swedish or English speaking).Furthermore, the ideal candidate also posses all (or most of the following capabilities):- Extremely organized, both in regards to physical organization of spaces, planning of tasks and people.- Has an eye for details in all aspects of operations and particularly with regards to cleanliness.- Direct style of communication, with a desire and ability to manage conflicts and "tough conversations."- A positive attitude and desire to deliver superior service to colleagues and guests.- Flexibility when required and when unforseen things happen (however, working hours not expected to exceed 40h/week on average).The position as Housekeeping Manager in Varbergs Kusthotell is an operational position, which requires around 50% of your time spent outside the office, communicating with staff, conducting quality controls of the cleaned rooms and areas, as well as training of the Supervisor Team. The other 50% of the job consists of desk work including scheduling, planning of cleaning lists, development of procedures, reporting of performance.For any questions regarding the position, kindly reach out to
