We are looking for a dedicated team leader to our software team.
Our X-ray based products utilize a common software platform, developed and maintained by a software team consisting of 3 developers and a research team consisting of 2 algorithm developers. The software platform has a "contract based" architecture and runs under Windows. We are using C++ with COM and C# with COM and WPF.
The role combines pure code implementation with architectural work, agile process management, roadmap planning etc. You should have a deep interest for implementation and coding combined with agile process skills and architectural skills. Moreover, since the core of Mantex technology is X-ray metrology and mathematical algorithms, a good understanding of metrology and multivariate numerical analysis is highly meritorious.
Our software development process is agile with a strong focus on fulfilling customer requirements. We usually perform releases with 3-8 weeks cycle time.
We believe that you hold a Master degree within computer science, physics or electrical engineering and have at least 10 years of experience within software implementation and agile development.
