Your workplace
Electronic Defence Systems, a business area of Saab, is one of the world's premier suppliers of solutions for surveillance, avionics and systems to detect, locate and protect against threat.
Operations Göteborg within EDS, works with the development of mobile surveillance systems with in the defence industry. You will be part of a team that works with software design and unit testing. We work according to agile development methods and with aim of constant improvements as an integral part of everyday work.
Your role
You will work as a software developer in a semi real-time based application within the built-in Command and Control for our products. Your role will require your ability for problem solving but still having focus on both the customer and the business.
Your qualifications
We are looking for a master degree in engineering or a similar degree of education. You have a passion for technology and the ability to see the simple solution to complex problems. You have several years of experience from software development. You appreciate working in teams and you are always open to new ideas. Having previously worked with large scale software systems within the defence industry will be meriting. As a company we work with several international projects that can give you opportunities to work for longer or shorter periods abroad.
