The group Transport Solutions is a competence center for service research & logistic concept development. To support the Volvo groups vision, and our soft product growth goals we have focused our research on understanding the concept of services, what they are, and how service offerings can strengthen the Volvo group core products.
We are working with all aspects of providing customer-centric solutions that create superior lifetime value to our customers, and thereby will grow the Volvo Group?s business profitably.
We are looking for an experienced service developer. In this position, you will take on different roles in different projects; e.g. service / method developer, project manager, technical sales support and back office expert when delivering developed services to the customer.
The position will range from giving expert opinions to running and managing projects in your specific area of operation.
Qualifications:
University degree in engineering, economics, and/or business Administration
Experience from research, development, marketing and/or management of services & aftermarket offerings
You should have entrepreneurial skills, a holistic perspective and be target oriented. Customer focus, networking attitude and a global mindset is important as we develop services close to Volvo customers all over the world
We believe that you are flexible and open minded with the ability to work independently but also to act as a good team player. You have project management experience and have good presentation and communication skills
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Well written and spoken English is required other languages is a merit
