Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SEO Specialist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth. As an SEO Specialist at Novus Terra AB, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our websites for Swedish, international, and multilingual audiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth for multiple websites.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web content and design.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the management team.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful SEO projects.
• Proficient in Swedish and English; knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Magento 2 is an advantage.
