hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Software engineer with a strong foundation in Business Analysis to support the design and implementation of a new event-driven solution. You will work with developing and managing event schemas and governance of the new solution. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, domain understanding, and strong collaboration skills.

Job duties
As a software engineer at PostNord, you will be responsible for develop very of software projects. Your role will include:
- Collaborate with tech leads/developers/architects/Product Owner to gather requirements and provide guidance on Avro schema design and implement schemas aligned with technical requirements.
- Assist in modeling and mapping new Production Events
- Participate in designing solutions, running knowledge sharing sessions and answering questions during the daily development work
- Write and update technical documentation, including onboarding guides and configuration instructions
- Evaluate and follow-up on data quality in the Kafka event-driven platform
- Reviewing changes to, and additions to, the Avro schemas (HPEs)
- Assist with governance frameworks and represent the platform team in governance discussions
Experience
- Proven experience understanding domain requirements and translating them to technical requirements, including modeling new events
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical writing skills for creating and maintaining documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Tech Leads, Business Analysts, and Architects
- Has work experience with Kafka and schema management
- Experience with agile work methodology
- Experience with prominent Java Development frameworks such as Spring or Quarkus
- Fluent in English
Meritorious experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Experience with Confluent Kafka
- Experience with Avro schema management
- Familiarity with cloud native architectures
- Fluent in Swedish
