www.bwingames.seWe are currently looking for two experienced Scrum Masters with in-depth knowledge about the core aspects of system building and test/integration in various dimensions.
We are looking for one Scrum Master who will act in one or two teams consisting of testers and developers and one Scrum Master who will act as Release Coordinator. The Release Coordinator assignment is about system build, integration, release coordination and facilitating scrum of scrum meetings.
Preferable start date not earlier than 2010-09-01.
Your place in the game: Manage expectations
What the team can deliver with high certainty is what matters and this is key in your role as Scrum Master. You keep a tight and transparent dialogue with the Product Owner and make sure that impediments are mitigated. Only one thing can be most important at a time and you actively assist your stakeholders to reach a consensus on this.
Your player experience: Senior
To play with us in this senior position, you probably have at least 5 years? experience from the IT industry. A Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science (or similar) is a requirement, as well as a solid, documented track record as a leader and at least 3 years hands-on experience as Scrum Master. If you have background in testing it?s considered a merit. You must have a solid understanding lean/agile/scrum and understand what it is and what it is not. You are an experienced leader with an inclination for a coaching leadership style. Your interest in human behaviour styles is genuine and on the path of getting to know others you are both prepared and willing to face the naked truth about yourself.
Your player profile: Pragmatic practitioner
You are solution oriented and possess problem solving skills in an ever changing environment where we embrace opportunities. You make the theories of scrum work in a non-theoretical environment. You pick up on trends, set out a direction, execute and evaluate. Continuous improvement is a state mind of yours. Co-ordination comes natural to you and you understand the complexity in building / Integrating / testing / releasing a mission critical system.
The Scrum Master is focused on ensuring Scrum process compliance, maintenance and further enhancement. Naturally, you champion best practises within scrum as a role model through your authentic leadership and presence in daily business.
Main tasks as a Scrum Master
• Facilitate Scrum and agile practices
• Actively adhere to company development frameworks and reporting
• Evolve teams
• Ensure predictability and manage expectations
And in addition to this relevant tasks as Release Coordinator
• Co-ordination, integration, system build, facilitate scrum of scrum
