You will be part of HR Center in Västerås. Our HR Center provides services within staff management to all business units in Sweden. Our job is to attract, recruit and develop coworkers, and also to provide services within staffing. We are responsible for the administration of salaries and travel allowances for coworkers within ABB. Through common and effective HR processes and a united HR competence team, we increase quality and reduce costs for staffing within ABB. As a part of our global HR, we develop our services in close collaboration with the Swedish and global units to support our business in the best way possible. The Trainee Program is part of HR Center.
Challenge: Are you interested in developing people? Would you like to be a part of our recruitment team in a changing environment? We are now looking for a professional and experienced coworker who will be based in Västeras. In this interesting position you will work in close collaboration with managers - which will provide you varying days at work - and you will perform both practical and strategical tasks. You will naturally also work with a longer perspective when working towards candidate markets and new channels for recruiting - all to ensure that ABB's competence supply upholds a high and steady level.
Requirements: You have solid experience from recruitment work and you back this up with a degree in a related field. Naturally you are highly skilled in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, and have a high level of flexibility and service-mindedness. You always strive to deliver results of highest quality. You must enjoy consultative work, be able to juggle parallel projects and have a methodical and structured way of working. Further, you hold a natural sense of responsibility in everything you do - big or small.
