Together with our customers, we shape the future!We're now looking for an experienced R&D Engineer to join our Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) team in Västberga, Stockholm - someone who wants to make a future mark in this core technological area of our business. We offer you the opportunity to work with R&D and cutting-edge technology in an innovative environment, with state of the art equipment for materials development, materials characterization and metal machining.Your missionWithin the CVD team, we develop coating materials for cutting tools - aiming to identity new and effective ways to ensure resilience and high performance during machining. Cost-effectiveness in production is very important to us, and in this position, you play a key role in the development of our future process equipment for CVD. You lead the work of developing, evaluating and adopting CVD equipment technology to fulfill our needs. To manage patents is a natural part of your job to make sure we protect our technology and innovations. You're driven by a true interest in finding the relevant technical solution to every challenge, and this shows by the way you keep going until you overcome obstacles or draw-backs in your work. Additionally, you actively interact with our external partners to ensure excellent cooperation and participate in conferences representing our business. Your profileWe're looking for someone with a master's or PhD in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or with the similar experience and knowledge gained from a working career. You have extensive understanding and several years of experience from development of production or laboratory machines, and preferably from process equipment. We think that relevant fields of work experience are, for example, equipment building within the industries of electronics, solar or process industry. We also believe that skills in project management is beneficial. As we are a global organization, you need excellence written and verbal skills in English.
