As Project Manager at Wellspect Healthcare, you will be the tactical and operational team leader with complete ownership of project results, agile pacing, resource balancing and financial control of the projects within Wellspects New Product Introduction portfolio. You will plan, organize, lead and control projects to ensure on-time and qualitative delivery within the projects. Our recently launched strategy will also enable opportunities for you to potentially lead change and improvement projects.
You will become part of a team where we challenge and explore new ways of working, in our effort to continuously improve ourselves, individually and as a team. Responsibilities
Leading projects in compliance with corporate policies, quality and management systems within Wellspect, existing laws and regulations as well as standards and agreements.
Planning, organizing, directing and controlling projects according to company development process
Lead development projects for new products and upcoming generations
Continuously improve our project working procedures according to Lean Product Development principles

Qualifications / Background
an academic background
extensive experience from working with product development in a project leading position
you can also have a background as management consultant
it's an advantage if you have experience from working as a line manager in a technical product environment or complex environment
As documentation is a big part of the job, excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both oral and written are essential.
