Job Description
The Role
You will work in our Girls team developing collections sold in all H&M omni channel markets world wide! We have high ambitions and a great team spirit creating colorful, products from cool to cute for our global customers!
You set and drive concept and visual goal for Girls essential basic wardrobe (jersey products) with the support of the Division Designer. Therefor it's important that you are experienced and can work independently fully driving the Basic concept
You ensure we create the best current assortment for our Girl's customer (for our concepts Kids Girl age 2-10 years old and Young Girl 8-14 years old) to suit all shopping channels, always with sustainability in mind
About You
We are looking for an experienced product designer with a true love and passion for the Girl's customer and products. You are positive and energetic, curious, creative and playful with a great eye for upcoming kid's fashion trends. You are a leader with a strong self drive and a coaching mindset. You are used to fast decision making, also under ever changing circumstances.
Qualifications
We are looking for:
You with a long experience as product designer from global high street fashion brand(s)
Used to translating creative fashion vision into commercial products with clear customer focus - keeping the big picture in mind at all times
High competence in collection building
Agile entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable to fast changes
A positive and inspirational leader and team player
High Adobe suite competence
Can manage varied timelines and stake holders simultaneously
CLO 3D competence is meriting
Excellent communication & presentations skills
English fluency (Swedish not necessary)
