About the role
We're now looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Specialist within Supply Chain to strengthen the ERP & PLM applications team.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and evolving a global ERP platform, where Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IFS are central components of a long-term digital transformation. This is an opportunity to work with business-critical solutions at scale and contribute to shaping the future of a global supply chain.
Your future team
You will join an ERP & PLM team responsible for some of the company's most business-critical applications. The team supports a global organization and drives the full application lifecycle, from daily support to long-term development and upgrades.
The team works closely with colleagues across different regions to improve and further develop the ERP platform. The organization is continuously evolving its ERP landscape to support a fast-growing, global business, with an increasing focus on scalability, integration and modern platform capabilities.
Work tasks
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and developers to drive improvements, shape solution design and ensure that the systems support both current and future business needs.
The ERP platform is a global solution supporting several core business functions, including manufacturing, warehousing, order fulfillment, purchasing and finance.
Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Contribute to solution design, architectural decisions and configuration of ERP solutions with a focus on supply chain processes
Play an active role in ERP-related transformation and implementation initiatives
Lead discussions with stakeholders across functions and regions
Ensure end-to-end process consistency across the ERP landscape
Support and continuously improve the ERP platform
We are looking for
We are looking for a collaborative and proactive professional with the ability to navigate complex environments and build strong relationships across the organization.
You have several years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are comfortable taking a leading role in discussions around processes, solutions and priorities.
Extensive experience in business-facing roles, either as a consultant or internally in a larger organization, with a proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
Experience contributing to or leading larger transformation initiatives
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience with frameworks such as the SCOR model and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain processes
Over the coming years, the company will drive several major initiatives within supply chain and ERP, supporting a rapidly growing and increasingly complex global business.
This role gives you the opportunity to be part of that journey – contributing to how the future ERP and supply chain landscape is designed and implemented.
