Your role
As manager for Supply Chain and Customer Support within Saab TransponderTech, you will be leading a group which has a key role in the company's daily operations. Your team is responsible for our order function, production planning, logistics and export control, as well as contract management, customer support, and purchasing.
The main tasks are to:

Lead the Supply Chain and Customer Support team
*
Be a member of the TransponderTech management team
*
Optimize interfaces with other functions in the company such as Marketing & Sales and Product Development
*
Develop processes, methods and tools related to your area of responsibility
*
Strengthen our professional customer interfaces within the order function and customer support
*
Work operationally within your domain of expertise

Required skills:

Fluent in Swedish

Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written

Leadership experience from working as a line manager
Desired skills:

Relevant educational background or similar knowledge gained by experience

Technical interest and experience from working with high tech products

Logistics background

Good understanding of supply chain, export and customs control and our ERP system IFS
You are a team-player with previous management experience. You are a good communicator, who develops the people in your team through delegation, empowerment and coaching, and takes responsibility for the results.

What you will be a part of
You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of about 40 people located at Saab's site in Hackefors, Linköping. The product portfolio consists of AIS and VDES radio transceivers and networks for land, ships, aircraft and satellites, as well as advanced navigation and presentation systems. The site includes all functions required by a small independant company within the company, from marketing and sales, to product development, production planning, customer support and logistics. Saab TransponderTech is part of Busines Area Surveillance, and market leading with customers world-wide, and we operate on a commercial market with relatively short sales cycles.
