Packaging Materials division aims to lead the development of circular packaging, providing premium packaging materials based on virgin and recycled fiber. A wide selection of barrier coatings enables design optimization for various demanding packaging end-uses.

About the position
As a Service Specialist, you will handle both end user IT equipment and applications. Install and deliver workplace devices like laptops, desktops, peripherals and mobile phones including applications. You will also act as second line onsite support when needed. We support both more traditional IT equipment but also advanced research equipment at our laboratory.
Additional work tasks will include:
• Contact with external vendors
• Contribute to further automate and improve our IT processes and tools.
• License handling
• If possible, also be able to support the users within applications, reporting, data access etc.
You will be part of an amazing team of 20 IT colleagues that run and develop the local IT environment at Skoghall Mill, Fors Mill, Forshaga Plant and Research Center Karlstad. Home office will be at Research Center Karlstad but part of the work will also be done at our production facilities at Skoghall and Forshaga. There are also co-operations with other units around the world and our central Group IT organization. You will report to Manager IT Cluster Sweden.
What we are looking for
In order to succeed in this role, you are passionate to help people and improve ways of working. You have experience from handling IT infrastructure and troubleshooting basic hardware and application installations. You also know Microsoft Office 365 application suite. Previous experience and knowledge about any of the following areas is considered as a benefit, but is not mandatory: MS Autopilot, MS Intune, MS Power platform, programming languages, database, server, network & communication.
You will be a point of contact for employees when it comes to IT relatable questions, therefor we put emphasis on your curiosity, social skills and ability to give great service.
Since you will work in a global environment, English proficiency both in written and verbal is a requirement and Swedish is seen as advantage.
