hela Sverige Are you a tech-savvy project manager with great knowledge in complex ERP systems and have a background in IT? Do you have knowledge of, or are interested in, logistics? Are you ready for a challenge together with us - to set up a brand-new, automated omnichannel warehouse in Alingsås? We are looking for an experienced IT project manager who wants to build bridges between IT and our future automated warehouse while ensuring that this warehouse truly is one of a kind in fashion tech.
Your role in our team. The future is existing for us at Lindex. Our business is growing, and we are now setting up a brand-new warehouse solution for tomorrows fashion retail business in a multi-sales channel set up, including digital partner platforms. To maximise the value from our automation and technology, we are looking for an experienced IT project manager with great technical competence. You will be an important part of the project team working with the development, implementation, and execution of the warehouse. With your competence in IT development and integration you build bridges to our tech community. Since we do almost everything in-house you work in close collaboration with colleagues from all over Lindex, contributing to our strategy of being a global and digital-first fashion company.
You will together with the team make sure to secure a timely delivery of the solution throughout the project and you will play a very important role even after go live, in a team working with the future development of the solution. You will work closely together with the Logistics department, IT department, the Global Logistics Management team and therefore you will work in multiple locations, Alingsås, Partille and Gothenburg.

Several years of experience as IT project manager in large projects, preferable from supply chain
Previous experience working with system development and integration
Previous work experience as project member in large projects, preferably from developing system for retail industry
Knowledge about integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems
As a person you are structured and used to maintaining and developing systems over time.
