About the company
Dynamic Code's vision is to help people take control of their own health and develops meaningful health and diagnostic tests based on DNA technology. The tests are offered in a digital communication and logistics platform that is revolutionizing medical sampling and diagnostic tests. Tests that previously required sampling at clinics and by healthcare professionals and sometimes took months and years, patients can now do themselves and receive answers and treatment within a few days. Without compromising on quality - Dynamic Codes tests meet all medical and regulatory requirements.
Job description
As an IT Project Manager at Dynamic Code, you will act as a dynamic project manager where complexity and range vary from project to project, with the overall goal to always deliver the agreed results. You will also get the unique opportunity to be involved in the process of shaping your own role. You will work in close collaboration with various competencies at the company and with the entire chain - from early dialogue and project definition to delivery. Together, you will ensure that the existing, as well as future, technical platform and system is integrated and preforms as desired and that it further develops to the next level.
In this role, you will also get the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning of the company's large-scale expansion into Europe and lead many projects in several different markets towards new customers, suppliers, and platforms. Thus, you will play an important role where you conduct projects that involve collaboration with various actors, both internal and external as well as nationally and internationally.
Your profile
To fit into the role, you have several years of experience in leading IT projects in various sizes and you have a good understanding of customer relationships and a strong business acumen. As you will have dialogues with suppliers, colleagues, and customers, it is of importance that you are responsive and have great communication skills.
