Our customer's IT department is one of the largest in the country and is responsible for development and operation of advanced IT services.
Our client constantly works to improve and is investing heavily in digitization, automation and self-service. The project use and drive new technology as innovation is key and an enabler. You will experience the entire development chain managed in IT services, from idea to development to production and operation.
You will run your projects in development and management as well as manage and lead teams and assignments, using both agile and traditional methods.
Your scope also includes negotiation, presentations, calculation, planning and initiation of public procurement.
• Negotiate project contracts in dialogue with client project owner
• Plan and manage project work so that the project delivers on time, at the right cost and quality.
• Utalize agreed models, methods, processes and tools
• Organize and manage project resources
• Follow up on project progression and reports to project owner and steering group
• Ensure project evaluation and prepare supporting documents for project completion to project owners and steering groups
• Lead multiple projects with normal to high complexity
• Lead team of 6-15 resources
• Lead, run and plan the daily project work within the framework of project contract
• Project budget owner
• Responsible for projects work environment and act as escalation route if needed
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
• Experience of leading multiple IT projects with normal to high complexity
• Experience of leading team of at least 15 FTE
• Experience of budget ownership and having a track record of IT project deliveries on time and budget
• Experience of working in matrix organizations
• One or more certifications in project management methods
• High communication ability in Swedish and English, in writing as well as spoken
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
• Experience of programming in modern languages
• Experience of test and test automation
