hela Sverige Group Audit is the owner of the Group's framework for financial internal control and performs annual testing to ensure that the internal control system is effective. The control testing is outsourced but closely managed by the function. We also perform in-house internal audits, support with internal consulting services in applicable areas and are responsible for the Group's fraud management activities. SKF Group Audit is a small but very dedicated team and currently employ 8 internal auditors whereof two in China.
The responsibility for IT audits has recently been transferred from Group IT to Group Audit and we need a qualified and experienced IT auditor who will be responsible for driving this. We can offer an opportunity to define the IT audit agenda for SKF and work in a truly global environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing the annual IT control testing cycle. Planning, performing and reporting of IT audits.
• Supervising the IT audit issue tracking and remediation process.
• Identifying changes to the IT environment and assess IT audit risks.
• Communicating IT audit findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Managing the IT audit budget
• Training stakeholders in IT risk and control.
• Identifying changes in external requirements and assess the impact to SKF.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or other relevant degree complemented with continuing education and professional experience.
• Several years' experience from IT audits.
• English required, Swedish preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred.
• Experience in writing and presenting technical reports in business language to different audiences, including the audit committee, executive management and auditee teams.
• Experience from the SAP GRC suite is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications and outsourced systems.
• Proven experience in risk-based audits.
Personal Requirements
• Ability to communicate technical issues verbally and in writing in business language.
• Ability to establish credibility and working relationships with a wide range of corporate personnel; including operations, management, legal staff as well as with external auditors and consultants.
• Ability to set and manage priorities.
• Self-motivated and problem-solving
• Analytical, focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to translate the company's vision, values, mission and objectives into drivers for designing the IT audit agenda.
SKF Group Audit is the internal audit function for the SKF Group. The function acts on a global arena which requires a strong knowledge of both global and local business practices.
