You will strengthen our core Medtech department by working primarily with game changing medical devices. We collaborate with world leading companies as well as start-ups. REQUIREMENTS:
Main Requirement: Power electronics design and integration, specifically motion control platforms and positioning hardware.
Demonstrated knowledge of use of electronics test equipment for test, data logging, and test report outputRequired: Oscilloscope, DMM, benchtop power supplies
3-5 years ECAD knowledge, experience in Altium is required.
1-5 years Eagle experience preferred (legacy designs, mostly printheads)
Component selection and comparison.
Datasheet and application note comprehension.
Experience with circuit simulation software (LTSpice, Altium, or alternates)
Experience with PDN and/or Thermal Analysis tools for PCBA design.
Demonstrated experience of PCBA release from initial supplier contact through to first prototype received and verified. (This will include design, testing, release, soft skills assessment)
Demonstrated technical writing and documentation proficiency.
EMC/EMI pre-compliance design, and knowledge of best practices for EMC-based PCBA design.
MERITOUS:
Can read and understand standard embedded systems programming languages (C++, Python, Embedded C)
Demonstrated knowledge of working in ERP systems
Manufacturing support experience
Mechanical Design and MCAD viewer usage knowledge
