hela Sverige As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in leading our development team maintaining our legacy business operating system and developing our new business operating system. You will be responsible for translating product requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high code quality, and supporting the team in their daily work. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving projects forward and ensuring that our products meet high standards.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Oversee the technical direction of projects and ensure best practices are followed.
Take responsibility for architecture and technical decisions that impact the future of the product.
Participate in and lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture design meetings.
Ticket Management:
Collaborate with the product owner to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Create and prioritize tickets in collaboration with the product owner and ensure they are clear and actionable for the development team.
Assign tickets and track the progress of development.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Ensure delivered features and products meet the company's quality standards.
Lead the QA process, including reviewing code and conducting tests to ensure that all features are bug-free before release.
Collaborate with the team to resolve any bugs or technical issues.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Support the development team by offering technical guidance and mentorship.
Identify skills development needs within the team and suggest training or development initiatives.
Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting collaboration and innovation.
Communication:
Serve as a bridge between the development team and other parts of the organization.
Report on project progress and technical challenges to the product owner and other stakeholders.
Ensure that all technical decisions and progress are well-communicated to the team and other relevant parties.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role with a strong technical background.
Solid experience leading technical projects or teams, preferably within an agile development framework.
Ability to make strategic technical decisions and implement them effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience dealing with complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a startup environment or small, fast-growing companies.
Knowledge of of C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Microsoft SQL Server, Docker, Git, Javascript, Angular
Experience with DevOps processes and tools.
