hela Sverige We are looking for a skilled Endpoint Technician being part of creating the next generation of smart stores. Do you have experience in IOT with focus on smart devices and feel perfectly at home in the Microsoft ecosystem? Then you might be our next colleague, being part of our team working to develop our stores.
Your role in our team. You are part of our IT Technology team, working as an IT Endpoint Technician in the cross skilled team working to develop our stores. Together with both tech and business resources, we are right now releasing the digital store program, a massive reinvestment in making our stores future proof through digitalisation, automation, and built-in flexibility.
In your role you make sure that our devices are handled in a centralised and highly automated way. You create a seamless experience to the users, always with an alignment with our employee journey and ensuring that all endpoints are secure, efficient and up-to-date. You role is hands-on and you enjoy to give the users great support.

You drive projects from start to end, always with a problem-solving mindset. Leading yourself and being active in your own development as well as giving and taking feedback are all things you know well. You believe in togetherness, and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:
Several years handling infrastructure and device management
Experience in automated processes for device setup, configuration, and updates.
Experience in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Networking, IoT solutions and technical troubleshooting
Knowledge of automation technologies and IT security practices
Proficiency with Intune and Android device management
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Driving license B
Meritorious: Retail work experience
