Are you looking for technical challenges to develop your technical skills now and over time?
Our teams are responsible for developing, integrating and testing different systems and software for the truck's driver systems and test platforms which give you a lot of opportunities for the future. Are you Scanias new navigation expert with in-depth knowledge of GPS systems and offboard, or do you want to work with embedded and connected systems in various development roles for new infotainment functions and central systems? Maybe you are more interested in model development for our HIL-rig environment and work in close cooperation with the teams who handles hardware and software?
What are we looking for?
As you have understood by now, we are currently looking for developers to be important members in several teams. As a person you love being challenged by new situations and your excellent problem-solving skills and your capacity for critical thinking will be your best tools and advantages in this position. You will enjoy being part of a team that shares experiences and challenge but also achieve the common goal as a team. You possess a strong background in system development and implementation.
We believe that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc degree in the fields of embedded systems, computer science, electronics, mechatronics or similar along with relevant work experience. Furthermore, we would like you to have experience and skills by some of the following ways of work, systems or programming languages:
• C/C++/C#, Python, Simulink, Matlab or similar
• Navigational systems like GPS, GLONASS, BDS or similar
• Embedded systems
• Infotainment systems, Linux, Android or similar
• HIL- rig concept, dSPACE, National Instruments or similar
• Agile development principles
Driver's license is a merit.
