WinZent Technologies develops and markets the world's fastest and most compact core software. Our products are our operating system wIOS (WinZent Instant OS) and our BIOS wION (WinZent Instant ON). WinZent was founded in 2013 with the purpose of commercializing 25 years of core software optimization.
Our products are based on extremely efficient software, which because it is written directly in assembly language, avoids the bottlenecks introduced when compiling high level C language into machine code. Our primary focus is the market for Embedded systems, where the requirements on performance provide our solution with a strong competitive advantage. We now seek co-workers who will contribute to the expansion of our current product offering.
Work description
We seek a brilliant developer with experience from programming in assembly language on Intel x86 platforms. You will work closely with the team and the innovator to develop the core software of the company.
Qualifications
You have a Masters degree in engineering or a corresponding degree, with a solid experience from software development on x86 systems. You should at least master the following areas:
• Assembly and C language programming at expert level
• Excellent problem solving skills and an ability to work independently.
• Knowledgeable with Intel's x86 architectures and chipsets
• Experience from real time systems, BIOS and RTOS.
• Fluency in English
Other merits
Other experience of merit is practical experience from working with real time systems within the automotive, telecom or defense industries, or if you possess experience form aeronautical, railway, space, medicine, or other industries with complex embedded systems. It is also of value if you have experience from development of Linux and Android systems.
